At PAWPAL, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We fulfill orders from our global network of partner warehouses to serve pet parents worldwide.

Processing Time / 处理时间

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — we'll notify you by email if any significant delay occurs.

大多数订单将在2–5个工作日内处理并发货(周一至周五,节假日除外)。旺季期间处理时间可能稍长,如有重大延误,我们将通过邮件通知您。

Shipping Costs / 配送费用

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

配送费用将在结账时根据您的地址和所选配送方式计算。


Tracking Your Order / 订单追踪

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

发货后,您将收到含追踪号码的确认邮件。追踪信息更新可能需要1–3个工作日。


Customs & Duties / 关税与进口税

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages / 丢失或损坏包裹

  • Damaged / 损坏: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund. / 请在收货后7天内附照片联系我们,我们将安排补发或退款。
  • Lost / 丢失: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or local post office. Still missing? Email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. / 如追踪显示"已送达"但未收到,请先询问邻居或当地邮局。仍未找到?请发邮件给我们,我们将联系承运商调查。

Incorrect Address / 地址错误

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you made a mistake, email us immediately — we'll try to correct it before dispatch.

请在结账时仔细核对配送地址。因地址填写错误导致的配送问题,我们概不负责。如发现错误,请立即发邮件给我们,我们将尽力在发货前更正。


Split Shipments / 分批发货

Items from different warehouses may ship separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
